As a Managed Services Provider (MSP), SNPITG will manage and assume responsibility for providing a defined set of services to our clients either proactively or as we determine that the services are needed. An MSP monthly retainer agreement benefits our clients by providing them with predictable IT support costs.

As an MSP, we are sometimes contracted to manage vendors and measure their effectiveness according to a customer's standards and requirements. In effect, we serve as a "neutral" party that offers our clients a complete solution while ensuring efficient operations.
